Bach & Garcia LLC was formed in 2009 by attorneys George Bach and Matthew L. Garcia. The firm is dedicated to doing good work in the areas of civil rights, labor and employment law, personal injury, civil appeals and general civil litigation. Our practice is litigation-focused, representing clients in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Primarily, but not exclusively, a plaintiff’s firm, we strive to achieve positive results for our clients through careful and high quality legal work.

Based in Albuquerque, we litigate cases in all corners of New Mexico, from Clayton to Lordsburg and Farmington to Hobbs.
